 Nonprofit Research Lab

The purpose of the Nonprofit Research Lab is to create new knowledge that helps nonprofits address complex issues such as climate change or poverty. Our primary focus is fundraising for complex initiatives, but we also address general management topics. We adopt a mixed-methods approach with an emphasis on qualitative research.

Select Active Research Projects:

  • From Theory to Practice: Using Developmental Theory to Promote Engaged Philanthropy
  • Funding Climate Change Initiatives: Building a Theory of Philanthropic Behavior for Addressing Complex Problems
