Per Diem
The state agency rate is required to be used for reimbursing travel related meal expenses. The State of Florida reimbursement rates for meals on UF domestic travel (including Alaska and Hawaii) are as follows:
| Breakfast | $6 | |
| Lunch | $11 | |
| Dinner | $19 | |
| Total | $36 |
No one, whether traveling out of state or in state, shall be reimbursed for any meal or lodging included in a convention or conference registration fee paid by the University. Meals included in the cost of registration to be reimbursed by the University must be deducted from the per diem reimbursement and may not be claimed for subsistence.

The University of Florida does not reimburse for Class C meals (Travel for short or day trips where the traveler is not away from his/her official headquarters overnight).
Duplication-FedEx/Kinko's
Note: You do not need to use FedEx/Kinko's. Please obtain bids and use the company with the lowest costs.
The FedEx/Kinko's Preferred Discount Program information can be accessed at http://psg.kinkos.com/uf/ . This site enables UF and UF/IFAS employees to find out about the FedEx/Kinko's contract.
On the site you will find:
- how to send an order to FedEx/Kinko's;
- all about the products and services offered;
- a link to order your UF/IFAS discount card or a commercial account
- charge card (you should do this today or tomorrow);
- the UF contract pricing through FedEx/Kinko's;
- a frequently asked questions list; and
- a list of contact information.
You'll also find a Service/Quality Feedback Form to use when you use the FedEx/Kinko's services.
The contract also allows UF and UF/IFAS departments, centers, and offices the ability to open accounts with a UF or county blanket purchase order. Contact the appropriate fiscal personnel in your office to obtain the purchase order. Remember that the EDIS ordering process, which can also be found on this site, has not changed.
UF/IFAS contracted with FedEx/Kinko's to provide a statewide service of reproduction graphic, print, copy, duplication, and delivery services to UF and UF/IFAS administration, faculty, and staff, and to other associated university-sponsored groups.
