National

American Housing Survey
The largest, regular national housing sample survey in the United States conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Income Limit
Income limits by counties based on the county median household income and size of households. Households who have income 80% or less of the area median household income (L80) are considered “low income households” and those who have income 50% or less of the area median household income (L50) are considered “very low income households.”

Housing Affordability Data System (HADS)
