Pricing & Registration

As a non-profit educational program we are still committed to bringing you the best price possible. Below is a summary of our prices, effective January 1, 2010:

Training and Exam: $110.00

Training and Exam w/ Textbook: $165.00

Retest: $75.00

 

 

Registration

  • You must register at least 3 business days before the training date. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). Any textbooks requested 5 days or less from date of class, will most likely require premium shipping, extra costs will apply. 
  • Once your registration and payment are received by phone, fax or mail, you will be sent instructions, a map, a receipt (plus the textbook if you order it).
  • Locations do not accept registration or textbook payments. Please call (888) 232-8723 for registration information.
  • Accepted forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, money order, or check (personal or business).
  • We highly recommend studying the textbook (ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition) prior to attending class. See registration form for ordering information.
  • There is NO walk-in registration option.
  • All Fees are non-refundable
  • Training classes are one day, starting at 8:30 a.m. and ending by 5:00 p.m. The test is administered during the later half of the day.  
  • Overnight shipping costs are not included in the prices listed. Please call 1- 888-232-8723 if you require this option.
     
  • The exam is eighty questions in multiple-choice format. It is taken the same day as the class (plan about 8 hours total for training and exam). **The maximum allowed time to take the test is 3 (three) hours**
     
  • The score needed to pass the exam is 75%.
     
  • Certificates are mailed approximately two weeks from the exam date.
     
  • There is NO “test-only” option.
