Goal

The overall goal of the 2009 Food Safety and Quality Update in-service training is to provide current research-based information and programming strategies in food safety for the Family and Consumer Science Extension faculty and others. The focus of the program will be on new national trends in food safety and food preservation, updates on food laws and regulations, new technologies, and new food safety programs for various audiences.
