Patricia Welch

Trish Welch is a food and nutrition specialist with over 35 years of experience in various aspects of foodservice management.

She has developed HACCP plans and manuals for nursing homes, restaurants, prisons and day care centers; and has published over 50 articles in professional journals.

Trish taught at Southern Illinois University for over 30 years, and has been a national and international speaker on a broad range of foodservice subjects.
