Food Safety and Quality Program
Mission
The University of Florida's Food Safety and Quality Program is dedicated to providing training which enables food managers and staff to offer Florida consumers food that is prepared in a clean and safe environment.

training that provides the most up-to-date information and current

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a
Certificate of Achievement from the University of Florida Food Safety and
Quality Program.
Once you pass the ServSafe® Manager's Exam, you will receive a National
Certification valid for five years (Certificates/exam results will be sent out
approximately two weeks after the exam). The ServSafe® Curriculum and
Manager's Exam are developed by the
National Restaurant
Association Educational Foundation. Certification is required in

As a nonprofit educational program we are committed to bringing you the best price possible. Below is a summary of our prices:
Training and Exam: $110.00
Training, Exam and ServSafe® Manager 6th EditionTextbook: $165.00
Retest: $75.00
Training classes are one day, starting at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. The test is administered during the later half of the day. **The maximum allowed time to take the test is 2 (two) hours. We do not offer a 'Test Only' option. Locations do not accept registration or textbooks payments.
