Ric Mathis
Ric Mathis holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Florida. He has been a public health official at the Department of Health for approximately 14years, serving both at county health department and the state health office levels.
He routinely publishes articles in the Florida Environmental Health Association Journal. He is active in several local, state, and national organizations, including: Conference for Food Protection, Association of Food and Drug Officials, and Big Bend FEHA.
Currently, his duties include statewide program management of the Department of Health's Food Hygiene Program.
