
ENAFS is an educational program that addresses nutrition, food safety, and health issues important to the lives of older adults through development and dissemination of educational modules and other resources in support of nutrition education. Our staff are housed in the University of Florida's Department of Family, Youth and Community Sciences. We are specialists in nutrition, food safety, weight management, heart health, and more.
