Volunteer Information

Dear Volunteer:

Thank you for your willingness to work with Medicare recipients as they seek to understand  about Medicare Part D. This is a very important program with the potential of helping many older adults. You have no-doubt heard about how confusing this program is. We hope that the information and materials we have placed on this website will help explain the program. We have not attempted to explain each little detail, focusing mostly on the big picture. Feel free to explore all of these pages. Your county Extension agent will be available to assist you if you have general problems as you complete your volunteer work. We will be standing ready to offer backup through the agents if you have specific questions.

Thank you,

Carolyn S. Wilken, Ph.D., M.P.H.
