Understanding Living Trusts
This video shows how to save thousands of dollars on taxes and legal fees by using a $600,000 tax exemption (rather than the $1.5 million for 2004-2005) and a $10,000 gift exemption. In 2004, the amount saved is $11,000 per year per person. Although the principles in the video are the same, please update the amounts when using it with an audience. 60 minutes.
