Alden Hilliker Youth Development Scholarship for Graduate Study

Eligibility

  • Applicant must be a county faculty member with 50 percent or more 4-H Youth Development responsibility.
  • Applicant must be enrolled in an accredited graduate program.
  • Applicant must demonstrate a career goal of working in the area of youth development.
  • Applicant must be actively involved in programs with 4-H youth development.
  • Applicant must have at least a 3.0 grade point average in graduate program.
  • Applicant may receive the scholarship more than once.

Application

 
  • Provide a statement of career goals which addresses one's commitment to youth development in 150 words or less.
  • Provide evidence of admission to a graduate program.
  • Provide a letter of support from county extension director or district extension director.
  • Provide one copy of the application form.
  • Deadline August 7, 2006
