Since one of SARE's goals is to make all farming in Florida more sustainable, we encourage researchers to consider projects that can include conventional, organic and "beyond organic" farms in their projects.

In order to achieve this goal SARE realizes that every group involved in farmering research and education need to be involved with every grant, from farmers, to extension agents to university researchers.

Every SARE project is about partnerships

Make sure that the research team (farmers, community organizations, extension agents, community members and other researchers) is established before you begin to write a grant.
